What are the engine options for the Bronco?
Both the two and the Bronco's four-door models come with a robust turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine that rips out 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. All trims have the option of a turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 that makes an astounding 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. You can get the Bronco with a seven-speed manual transmission, with one of the seven forward gears being a dedicated crawl gear that Is used for some serious off-roading. Optional on the four-cylinder and standard on the V6 is a smooth-sailing ten-speed automatic transmission. Every Bronco also comes with a two-speed transfer case.
What are some of the tech features?
There are seven trim levels available for the Ford Bronco, and each comes with some of the best features we have seen on an SUV! Inside, the Bronco has a very distinct retro vibe, and it doesn't skimp on the technology. Each trim comes with the latest Ford Sync System, which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is also a navigation system that works well off the road and can give you trail recommendations. Strategically placed cameras help take a lot of the guesswork out of picking the right line on the trail. There is even an option for a camera view that will show the terrain in front of each tire. Further, all-terrain tech includes Trail Control, which functions like a low-speed cruise control system that allows you to concentrate on direction rather than the throttle. Also available is a Trail Turn Assist System, which allows the Bronco to make very sharp turns by braking the inside wheel while the vehicle pivots around it.
What does the interior of the Bronco look like?
Inside the cabin of the Bronco, you'll be treated to a broad horizontal dash that dominates the cabin and strategically placed grab handles that passengers can use to keep themselves in place on particularly bumpy off-road rides. You can both easily replace these handles or remove them. The Bronco doors are also easily removable, and they can be easily stored in the back. Rear passengers won't be left out either as rear seats have elevated seating, which provides more of an outward view than many other SUVs. Most trims of the Bronco have the option of floor drains, which will help you drain out the water or hose out all the mud tracked in. There are also optional marine-grade vinyl seats that help prevent damage.
